The roadway remains open, with temporary lane closures between 07:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday to Friday.
- In the last two weeks, the Contractor:
- Completed placement of top soil/seed – terraseeding, throughout
- Completed general parging and sealing a the bridge and culvert structures
- Completed general site clean-up
- In the next two weeks, the Contractor:
- Will commence and complete final driveway restoration and roadway base asphalt repairs, throughout (repairs to the asphalt at the railway tracks is scheduled for May 30-31)
- Will commence and complete installation of decorative patterned colour concrete splash pads (area between the back of curb and front of sidewalk), throughout
- Will commence and complete additional planting at the gateway monument
- Will commence and complete installation of black ‘ALTON’ letters at the gateway monument
